I made a mobile order from mobile and my order showed 9407 but the order they received shows 9408. The staff Muskan is fighting with me like it is my mistake and she is not willing to server my order. If she had any bit of intelligence then could understand the situation. They were having some issues finding my pick up order, I was willing to wait but they refused to make it. I also expressed to them that if what I ordered wasn’t available at that point I can take something else which would be fair, but they refused to do anything to make it right citing they have “too many orders“ to care about one individual customer. In the end they took my payment but didn’t provide food or solutions. Will be avoiding this location in the future and suggesting everyone to do the same.
Good customer service
I just have to say that the current staff at this location has got to be the most friendly, patient and efficient group I’ve ever encountered at a Tim Hortons!! I can’t imagine how difficult it must be at a food court location in a mall - there’s often a big line and customers are rushing and impatient. I’ve gone to this one for years, as well as all the others, but the present staff at this one are outstanding.
