Tim Hortons is my go to store for hot beverages in Mic Mac mall. Lately I noticed that the Indians girls over there are not greeting or not even smiling at the others. I made a mobile order from mobile and my order showed 9407 but the order they received shows 9408. The staff Muskan is fighting with me like it is my mistake and she is not willing to server my order. If she had any bit of intelligence then could understand the situation. They were having some issues finding my pick up order, I was willing to wait but they refused to make it. I also expressed to them that if what I ordered wasn’t available at that point I can take something else which would be fair, but they refused to do anything to make it right citing they have “too many orders“ to care about one individual customer. In the end they took my payment but didn’t provide food or solutions. Will be avoiding this location in the future and suggesting everyone to do the same.
