I have visited this location several times in the evenings, and the service has consistently been excellent. The staff members are courteous and welcoming, and I always receive my food hot and delicious. Overall, I am very pleased with this location and look forward to visiting again:):)
Great Service and Friendly Staff! Today, I ordered a medium Chai Tea (double-double) and an everything bagel. I went in the evening, and although there was a long line at the drive-thru, the service was worth the wait. My order was 100% accurate, and I was really impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The lady at the window, who was wearing a name tag identifying her as the Shift Manager, greeted me with a warm smile. Great service all around—definitely a place worth visiting!
Basically, just go for the coffee. Don't expect a clean table here. The staff are more concerned about the floors. They sweep and mop around your table while you're eating. People often treat it like a lounge and stay just for free Wi-Fi.
It'd be nice to come here just ONCE and not have to deal with people standing around the front entrance bumming money, cigarettes, etc. Some managers actually ask them to leave. Most don't.
