Severely slow and worker is rude
I am very disappointed with the food and service. My food was served cold, even though I specifically asked the staff to grill my sandwich. When I received it, the sandwich was still cold. I went back to the front counter to let them know, and instead of making a fresh sandwich, they simply took it, microwaved it, and handed it back to me. That is not how food quality should be handled. I have worked in this industry, and I know this is not the proper way to serve customers. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
