I come to this tim Horton's a lot because it's on my way to work.. lately it has become increasingly longer wait times. Today was excessive. I ordered my coffee through the app at about 8:39 am.. I drove down and waited 17 minutes for one coffee and was late for work. There was one person working the Uber/mobile orders. That is unacceptable, especially on a Saturday. This is one of my least favorite locations of Tim Hortons' in HRM. Quality of service and food is sporadic, depending on who is working and if they seem to actually care about delivering your order correctly. There is even inconsistency with the coffee, as if ordering a "regular" every single time shouldnt taste the same?? I have had pleasant enough service by a handful of workers here, but more so I have experienced poor customer service skills and lack of care from staff. Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The service was poor, and my order was full of mistakes. My iced coffee arrived without the espresso cold foam that I paid for. The order also came with no straw, no napkins, and no utensils for the bowl, making it inconvenient to eat. The croissant sandwich was made incorrectly as well. Got my coffee at 3:26-3:27 pm and the cashier was completely arrogant ,very disrespectful negative attitude
