This location customer service lack of a lot of things: long line, no one give eye contact or say anything, no customer service skills, use my aps for discount and I scan it 7 times and the server charges me extra. Please train the staff: most people in the morning depends on getting fast food. The other location: Sheppard and Midland ave have great customer service.
I go to the Brimley and huntingwood location Every one is so nice and professional The manage Paula is superb, she is efficient and very friendly O’Neal is also great at customer service The entire staff has amazing customer service!!!! I go there every day because of the great service
