More than once, they've given me a bagel with no cheese even though I ordered it. When I went back, no apology, no nothing. Horrible service.
Always rushing ppl to hit there quota in drive thru Repeated my order 4 times asked for an ice coffee she asked me if I want whip cream on it ? Then proceeded to give me wrong bagel order like she didn’t hear me the first 3 times
Please listen to the order carefully. Seems like you guys are always in rush to say “drive up please” and get the wrong order. And top of that, instead of being polite about the confusion, you make us look like we’re the fools who didn’t order right.
