I used to come to this Tims often, but lately I've observed some things that raise concerns for me regarding food safety and hygiene. Specifically, I've repeatedly noticed a male employee (with a long beard and very short dark brown hair, and somewhat short height) exercising unsanitary behaviour while working. I went to here around 12:06 am on 4th july. Where i order for a sparkling and frozen quenchers while i am ready to driveup i noticed my orders displayed on the screen are wrong. When i ask about to corect my orders, then they refuse to gave me both the quenchers, saying the frozen machine went down. Not even ready to take my second order - sparkling quencher.
