I waited in line for almost 20 minutes and nobody even came to take the order. There were employees around, but they seemed focused only on the drive-thru while customers inside were being ignored. This was honestly my worst experience at a Tim Hortons, especially for the first time visiting this location. Very disappointing service.
Carol at Monaghan and Lansdowne drive through is just most lovely and efficient! 🙏
