Terrible customer service. I came in to pick up a mobile order, and there were three girls just standing around, talking and laughing. Not one of them bothered to see if I needed help. After trying multiple times to get their attention, one finally came over — only to tell me they “have things to do.” Absolutely unacceptable attitude. I’ve been to this Tim Hortons many times before and never had such an issue, but this new staff is unbelievably arrogant and unprofessional.

There was a customer causing a disturbance and being rude to a staff member and one of the employees handled them so gracefully. I think their name tag said Carol, amazing job! Don’t ever let customers treat you guys like that. You deserve better!

This is one of the best Tim's in town they have so much different things that other Tim's don't have and the staff it great!!! Even though it is really busy alot of the time the are super fast and efficient. The girls are always so friendly when serving! ***Edit*** I finally got the name of the girl that works on nights it's Krisa and she is great I got threw twice a night around 1130pm and 4 am and she is always super friendly and even when on her own she is fast and it's always hot and fresh I believe she need recognition ... read more

I visited the store today and it was busy at 5.30 and there was only 1 lady in the front working and i was waiting for the doordash order. The order took around 30-40 minutes and i was waiting at the store the whole time. My girlfriend tried to use the washroom and the lady delayed it as well. Not happy about the service. Thank you
