Ordered Boston Cream donut and there was no cream. It's like they only have me a Boston donut. Luckily they gave me another one. Let's hope there's cream this time.
This place used to be great, but some of the people they hire here are the reason why Tim's is getting a bad reputation. I asked for a simple drink with two basic instructions and the brown dude on the Saturday shift seems like this was too complicated to understand. One of the afternoon Managers at this location is absolutely horrible! No customer service skills whatsoever. She was always giving me a hard time when I tried to use a receipt survey and she even told me that I wouldn’t be served if I requested one. So, I take my business to the next Tim Hortons and they benefit with multiple visits and my money. How a Manager treats customers like this and costs the owner money and is still employed is unreal. The lids of four cups of coffee were all covered with cigarette ash. Three of my colleague had diarrhea today. It's really disgusting！
