Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I paid for a cup of ice, but was given mostly water with only a little ice. When I politely asked for what I ordered, the indian guy refused to help. Since I had already paid, it should have been an easy fix, but they still would not make it right. The customer service was disappointing, and I left feeling like my concerns did not matter. Based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere and cannot recommend this location.
