I am extremely disappointed with the service at the Tim Hortons in Woodside Square Mall. First of all, after placing my order for just three small Iced Capps for me and my daughters, we had to wait 30 minutes. Meanwhile, customers who ordered after us , who even ordered more items , received their orders before we did. When I asked about our order, the employees kept telling me to ask someone else.
