To whom it may concern, I am a staunch consumer of Tim Horton's since 2004. In 2018, my one and only son began working at Tim Horton's store #1147, located at 34441 Michigan Ave, Wayne MI 48184. The store manager was not only rude, verbally abusive to the younger staff, but showed signs of being racist towards non-Caucasian (both employees and customers), also, her comments were very inappropriate and sexual in nature towards the minor boys, including the African Americans. Linda Smith i work at this location and the person your insulting is my daughter. Everyone thinks its a easy job to deal with the public. If you think your so good then why don't you try it and see how long you last on the job. I would give you a half hour tops because no one knows the frustration on the other side of the counter but have no issue insulting the ones that work there.

Lately food has been horrible. Just ordered 2 blt lunch sandwiches. Bun was burnt (black), had other meat in it, possibly turkey, dont really know but shldnt be on this sandwich. Had brought home to eat so too far to go back. Morning bagel has been stale & hard. Order small coffee get large. Just not good anymore.

Love the coffee at Tim Horton's. I stop every morning on my way to work. Coffee is always correct. The employees always great me with a pleasant greeting. I have not had a bad experience at this store. When I run inside to get a treat to take to work for my office, they are always willing to help me pick a good variety. The doughnuts, Tim bits and muffins are always a welcome treat at my office. We never have any leftovers.

Need a zero star rating. Challenge to order, finally got my Egg Muffin, it was dry to the point of non swallable.... the bagel... wasn't toasted as I ordered and Cold. Worst of all... the staff don't seem to care if whatever you get is whatever you get.

It's popular, therefore busy usually. I go there consistently. It can be sometimes slower than I'd like, but I can't fault the service otherwise or the friendly and open nature of the staff -- particularly Dianne. Dianne should have her own Tim's franchise probably. I know several of the staff -- John, Christian, Raman, Loveleen, but Dianne stands out.

Horrible service. Went there today to order 2 large chili's to go. I was 2nd in line , went by fast, put the order in and the girl says to the other girl, it's gonna take a while. after waiting for 15 minutes and 5-6 cars behind me. They came and opened the window and said they did not have enough for two. I asked for my money .and left. Horrible. horrible service. This is like the 3rd time that happened to me in that location. Never going back again and I will tell my customers do not go there

Worst breakfast experience ever! 45 minutes just to get 2 coffees, 1 donut, 1 hashbrown, 1 wrap. 3 people working on a Sunday morning and none had a clue. Out of most of the donuts as well. Oh and the wrap was disgusting and hashbrown was cold. I would have been better and faster at the McDonalds up the street. Oh Canada, you should be ashamed!
