visited your location on Sunday, April 19th, between 2:35–2:40 PM and ordered a coffee and a sandwich. While waiting, I observed a concerning lack of proper hygiene practices that I feel should be addressed. An older female staff member wiped spilled coffee from the counter (facing the mall side) and then wiped excess water from her hands onto her pants.
