I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I am a regular customer and usually visit this location often, but my recent visit was not pleasant. There was an employee whose name sounded like “Senty” (I’m not sure if I’m spelling it correctly). I was trying to use one of the surveys, and she did not seem familiar with it. I just spent 15$ on a mobile order. I asked for a cup with ice and the guy behind the counter told me I have to charge you. I said I didn't have a payment method because I ordered from mobile. He said thats your problem not mine. Then just continued to ignore me. Disgusting customer service. Ill just go to Starbucks from now on. This was location Entrance 3.
