I had a horrible drive thru experience yesterday, I made an order and decided I wanted to add something last minute (which was my fault… but they should be use to that given the environment, right?) this lady named Fozia screamed at me through the speaker saying “WHAT DO YOU WANT?, I ALREADY PUT THE ORDER IN” which completely took me back and genuinely baffled me, being screamed at as if I was her child! Very very poor service. They need proper training. Potato wedges was so dry not even eatable. We are not going to come again
