I regularly visit this place and always have had pleasant experience and food. Even if the queue is long I will still wait for Bansu who is cheerful and delivers order with smile. Other staff members are helpful as well. Good place for coffee and food if you are at this mall.
I always come to this location and the staff working here are always very patient and kind with the customers. I always get my orders quick and my orders are always correct! I always look forward to coming to this location:)
Today I ordered a mobile order for egg spinach pastry ,They did not have in store so the Lady exchanged it with herb nd garlic plus she gave a four cheese twist with it .I felt Very happy with Such experience,it made my Day Thanks to that Girl working there ,She was very polite and patient .
Absolutely awful, 0 customer service, 0 communication, the staff treat customers very bad. This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been into in Canada. It’s the presentation that makes your product good, no matter how bad the product is. Hire some locals instead of people who can barely take the orders.
