I visited Tim Hortons in the evening and had such a great experience! The atmosphere was calm and cozy, perfect for winding down after a long day. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and my order was prepared quickly with a smile. Special mention to Kayani, who was so polite and kind, it truly made the visit even better. I like to stop by this Tim Hortons sometimes and I can say that it's good. The food is undoubtedly amazing, especially the craveables for breakfast or lunch! Their drinks are the best in my opinion though; you would mainly find people ordering coffee, hot chocolate, french vanilla, and iced cap. I was at Tim’s and my friend ordered hot chocolate with whipped cream, I heard it myself. But when we got the order, there was none. We asked the older lady working there if we could have the whipped cream even if we had to pay extra, but she blew us off, rudely saying no. The worker there was really rude and had a bad attitude. Don’t recommend coming here.
