The window attendant at the driver thru the wasn’t helpful. She told me to move up and wait for my food however I only ordered one item. Why it took so long was confusing. She told me to move up but I blocked the driveway and the driver behind me was upset. Unfortunately the attendant was not able to handle the drive thru and we will not be visiting this location anymore.
Throughout the last few times I had visited this location, this past couple times I am absolutely appalled by the service!! For one thing, there is a female worker very early in the morning who use to have such an amazing and welcoming persona, and now she comes across extremely disrespectful and rude. Instead of the standard “hello how can I help you?” She answers the drive thru microphone with a disappointing “yup?” As if I am a bother! Like excuse me?!! I love going to this place not just because I enjoy drinking coffee, but because the crew members are very friendly. I’ve noticed them having small talks with, perhaps, their regular customers, which I know is very important in customer service — building rapport. I also enjoy the store’s ambiance. I don’t wear my earphones whenever I’m there because I love their mellow music playlist and the comfortable temperature inside.
