I ordered two drinks, A wrap and hash brown in the drive thru . The hash brown was missing and I had to go back in store to collect it . Once that was done and we left I realised my matcha wasn’t mixed properly and was hastily made . I could get the chalky chunks in my mouth which ruined my experience. As a regular customer at Tim Hortons, I for a fact know how the matcha tastes here . I honestly had a busy day to take a U-turn and complain about the same. This was a really bad experience. We ordered two Iced Capps around 7 PM one Mocha Iced Capp and one Pumpkin Iced Capp. While drinking them, we both noticed that something tasted off with the coffee, but we didn’t think much of it at the time. A few hours later, I developed diarrhea, and my friend developed a fever that night. We strongly suspect that the drinks may have been the cause, especially because we both noticed something was wrong with the taste while drinking them.
