Why don't the owner hire more staff, it always too much waiting qoue, staff is under pressure all time, no fault of staff at this point
I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I initially went to the drive thru, which was blocked off for no apparent reason while the restaurant was still open. I went inside and ordered an Iced Capp and 5 Timbits. When my order was handed to me, I received a coffee instead of the Iced Capp. I politely let the employee know that I had ordered an Iced Capp. Instead of apologizing or simply correcting the mistake, the employee shook his head in frustration.
