The service here has taken a nosedive. I frequently stop by here out of pure convenience on the way home from work. Today I had survey code for a $1 ice coffee. And I wanted a tea for someone else. When I handed the code over, immediately the female employee there said "we don't take". I said "yes you do". She then asked her manager who confirmed that yes, they do take survey codes; especially since it was that location that gave it to me. Went to get a farmers sandwich. Waited nearly half an hour before getting it. No cheese. Place is clearly understaffed. Management should hire more people
