10 people working in 1 shift still waiting 10 minutes to order and more 10 minutes to get one single coffee service in tim is going down and down day by day that was always my go to place but not anymore you guys need to be more disciplined and atleast make our orders on time and perfectly very disappointed spoiled my day

I don’t know what has changed in the last month but this place has gone downhill. All of my orders the last two weeks have been made incorrectly and do not include what I pay extra for and this place is now quite literally robbing me. The whole staff needs to be re-trained on making orders or they need to be replaced. I have already complained about this to Tim’s through the app and they compensated me for 1600 points but that does not fix the problem. The employee working at the drive-thru was extremely condescending, rude, and unprofessional. After placing my order, I was informed at the pickup window that one item was out of stock. I requested a replacement, which seemed to cause confusion, so I asked for my order to be repeated. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee became defensive and made unnecessary comments.
