I went through this Tim Hortons drive-thru earlier today, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any Tims. The staff were super friendly right from the moment they greeted me through the speaker—genuinely upbeat, not that rushed or robotic tone you sometimes get. My order came out quickly, and everything was fresh. The coffee tasted great (actually hot and smooth, not burnt like some places), and the breakfast sandwich was put together neatly instead of being squished or sloppy.
I had an awesome experience at this Tim Hortons drive-thru! I ordered my usual—a coffee with 3 cream and 2 sugar, plus a sausage Farmer’s Wrap with extra egg. Other locations almost always mess up my order, but this one got everything perfect on the first try. No mix-ups, no missing items—just exactly what I asked for. It’s such a relief to finally find a Tim Hortons that pays attention to the details. This location has definitely earned my trust.

I’m a regular customer who spends plenty of money at this location on breakfast and lunch, and today was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. I asked to use the washroom, and they told me it was “closed,” even though I literally watched someone walk out of it right in front of me.
