Never prepares mobile orders on time. Even if you place an order beforehand. It's the second time this has happened. What's the point of accepting mobile orders if you don't make them until the customer shows up?

Awful first experience at Tim Horton's! We are in Canada for vacation and we were really excited to try Tim Horton's for the first time. We were so disappointed in the experience. The bathrooms were disgusting!!! The workers did not understand our very simple order of one regular drip coffee, a black coffee, a latte, an iced latte, and one regular donut.
