food is as-expected. Service is pretty slow if you're not using the drive-through. The power outlets don't work (tried 2 separate outlets) which is annoying if you go there specifically to check on a work thing on your laptop for 30min.
There were lazy to do the smile cookie proper. Service is bad this is the worst location
Should be giving 1 star for this place. I have never dealt with someone so unbelievably rude in customer service. I ordered a sugar-free vanilla oat milk latte, but on the screen she entered oat milk plus lactose-free milk. I knew right away the price of $5.79 was wrong, so I simply tried to clarify if the order had been entered properly. Worst Tim Hortons in Toronto. Very understaffed. Girl working there is taking orders and making them for both the counter and drive thru.
