Language barrier was a huge problem. First they wanted to add extra cane syrup instead of silk almond beverage. When I tried to clarify that it was silk almond beverage I wanted extra of, not cane syrup, I was told they don't have that. When I was going to cancel the order and go elsewhere, the supervisor came over and added silk almond beverage as well as cream.
