Visited Victoria at 3501 Ravine Way—mixed vibes. The place felt a bit neglected, with messy tables and a lingering odor, though the food was passable. It wasn’t busy, which made the lack of cleaning odd. Staff were mostly friendly and efficient, though one morning encounter left me uneasy. Parking was easy, and the line moved quickly despite the crowd. Maybe they’d benefit from more frequent cleanups, especially during slower hours.
I’m writing this 5 stars specificly for the worker Mark,he is very friendly and effeciant which i feel lacks at tims lately, thank u mark for working hard it’s noticed
I'm here at 9am. The donuts are very stale, the staff look so miserable and did not say a single word to me... not 1 word, even when I smile, say good morning and ask how they are... nothing, not 1 word when taking my order or giving it to me. Garbage on the floor. Truly a depressing place to be for everyone it looks like.
