Updated: Ill start off by saying that the majority of the staff are friendly and do their best with the heavy traffic. That being said, there are some younger workers who work the window who basically just stare at you and dont say a word even after hellos or thank you's. They also make constant mistakes for orders. I think the last 2 of 10 orders have been what i actually ordered. Ultimately its a tim Hortons, their goal is meh food at a fast pace and they definitely do that.

Don’t know what portion size is For them to know attached picture of an actual bowl should look like. Rolled eyes upon asking to rectify the issue or give me refund.
