Took my daughters there to see the new layout. Got a warm cold brew that was mostly cream, they didn’t have any of the TimBits I ordered (I paid more for specialty ones), and the staff seemed confused as to what they were doing.
All in all a very nice experience. The Staff changed our coffee as we felt it was a bit too sugary for us. Made our upgrade to timber bucket without any hassle. Additional they helped me with getting room temperature water for my kids which of course isn’t part of their job but they went an extra mile for this especially ‘Honey’ he was really nice and helpful.
