Store manager Sarah and counter service Kim are one on the many reasons we keep coming back to this location. The store looks amazing. Very nice to see the Canadian influence with the new decor. Took forever to process people, after ordering and waiting, then told no more eggs, raisins tea biscuit was crushed completely and englisj muffin was barely toasted, parts still cold, coffee was really bitter. Too bad the renovated place looks really nice.
The experience sucked. Felt sorry for the worker who got slammed on storefront and no one helped him get the line down. This Tim Hortons needs to do better. I won't be going back to this location again.
I was really looking forward to a nice cup of hot chocolate from Tim Hortons, but unfortunately, this one missed the mark. The drink was watery, lacked any real chocolate flavor, and didn’t even resemble the usual creamy hot chocolate. It looked more like a light coffee than anything.
