Tim Hortons used to be a clean and reliable place, but not anymore. The restroom was in terrible condition — dirty and completely neglected. I even took photos because it was shocking to see how low the standards have dropped. It’s not just this location — I’ve noticed the same in other Tim Hortons as well. Very disappointing, and it makes me not want to stop here anymore.
