The signs for the drive thrus are somewhat confusing and I guess I turned in the wrong spot as the employee sitting behind the store with her friend and dog yelled extremely rudely at me "WRONG WAY" and have me the dirtiest stare down look. I may have gone the wrong way accidentally but your attitude was on purpose and you clearly shouldn't be working in customer service. Just got an iced coffee from here and it tastes like dirty socks
Bad service would be staying polite. After placing my order and repeating twice Girl took my money and I waited. The person making the food was loud and rude to staff.
