Ordered off the app, order could not be fulfilled and received and inaccurate refund. Communication was challenging as the employee was extremely difficult to understand
Very incompetent here tried to do a partial card payment and they clearly don’t know how to do it they all need to be fired
Lately every single time that I order from the Tim Hortons app, I get to the restaurant for my order and half of what I ordered is not available. I won't use the app anymore because I'm tired of having to settle for substitutions that I didn't really want.
