Apart from the homeless this place is so slow you can go to Sudbury and back and still be waiting.
On Nov. 16/25 at 3:50 pm I came through drive thru and I ordered 2 separates order on the drive thru but staff placed both orders on the one order I paid to but after looking the receipt I asked for refund for other order but I don’t know staff misunderstood me or what, so, staff after a minutes leave the drive thru and then other staff showed up to talk to me, so, staff refunded my money back and didn’t charge me for my other order, but that staff talked to me in really very bad tone after giving me the order and gave me th... read more
Quick service in the drive thru but unfortunately came at the expense of order accuracy. The good news is that a steak-less steak-and-cheddar sandwich is still pretty tasty. 🫣
Constant issues at this location. They either don't give us what we paid for, dont get the order right, give us the wrong order, charge us for somebody else's order or can't even make a simple coffee correctly when the machines do the work. Then the staff gets frustrated at the customer's who make them correct their mistakes.
