Went through drive-thru. Pulled up to the window and scanned for a free tea. Wrong total given for order. Almost 3 bucks off! That was corrected. About to eat, ORDER WRONG AGAIN. This location has gone down in quality and atmosphere signicantly. 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong or I end up throwing it out. Last week I ordered a steeped tea, a young girl handed me my cup and it was cold . You could tell it was cold when you touched the cup and she still ended up giving it to me.
