Found a long hair in my Oreo Ice Capp after drinking half of it. Staff asked me to come back the next morning after I waited 15 minutes to complain. Disappointed with both the hygiene and customer service.
The hot chocolate is heavily diluted. All their drinks almost taste like water or they aren’t even hot. In the whole north bay that’s the only branch I’ve experienced this. It’s like they’re cutting corners or something. It needs to be looked into
A girl who is working on drive thru. Her attitude is very rude with customers and also didn’t take our order correct. I ordered birthday tim bits but she gave us the other one. This kind of service might be effect bad on your store.
Coffee was okay. Did not have either of the two baked goods I asked for. Apple fritter or Chocolate chip cookie.
