I’ve been so reluctant to give this review but there needs to be some serious action taken to how poorly this place is ran. The “is that all” mentality after passively hearing what I’d like is wrong. Then I have an order that is not right, claiming it will charged back to me for them not intently listening. By FAR the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service? Nope. Customer appreciation? Nope. Attention to detail? Nope. Just an absolutely horrible place, you’re further ahead driving across town with the time ... read more
