Every single time I come to this Tim Hortons it is empty!!! Whether I come at 10am or 5pm they never have any of the basic donuts, and seem to only carry an old fashioned. This is very disappointing because all of the other shops in Airdre are fantastic! Do not recommend coming to this location.
Whoever owns this Tim Hortons should be embarrassed. If you can’t properly run this store, sell it to someone who can. This was my fourth visit, and once again there was almost nothing available except coffee and a few Timbits. The trays were empty while staff stood around chatting. This location is a complete disgrace to the Tim Hortons brand.
I would give 0 stars. Ordered wrap. Kept me standing at drive thru first to increase their rating but even though when i opened my wrap, wasnt even folded fully. Everything was coming outside. Wasn’t even toasted fully . Disappointed
One of the best tims I've visited!
Recently I ordered an iced chai latte at the Airdrie Midtown location, via the drive thru. I was running late for an appointment so had no time to go inside and have them redo my drink! It tasted like milk with the faintest hint of chai flavoring and was very pale in color. It was gross and a total waste of money!! 🤢
