30 minutes to get potato is criminal
This is hands down the cleanest, most friendly Tim's we have been to in years. Efficient and the food was excellent. Thank you. Now can we use this as an improvement model for the others? We starting to hit other franchises when travelling.

I was on the verge of giving up on Tim Hortons after several wrong orders and poor customer service experiences in the past. However, my recent visit completely restored my faith in the brand all thanks to Jack. Jack was attentive, respectful, and made sure we knew the status of our order the entire time.
