Nice location. Clean and well kept. Pretty nice that they have included a patio for dining at, which is something you scarcely see at a Tim Horton's. The bear sculptures greeting you at the door are a nice touch, too.
The staff are so friendly!
They took my money for coffee even though it was free due to points. Didn't even mention it was free and gladly took my money. Beware. Horrible service.
