Very disappointing experience. This location frequently runs out of oat milk, which is frustrating when it’s a regular menu option. What bothered me most was hearing employees talk about me while I was standing nearby, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Communication was also difficult because I had trouble understanding the staff and they had difficulty understanding my order. Customer service needs significant improvement, and management should address both product availability and staff professionalism.
Rude , they dont give the correct order and is in such a rush to tell us to move on at the drive thru . Pathetic!!!
