It is disappointing to observe that a Canadian franchise, which is intended to operate across all provinces, consistently falls short in delivering adequate customer service. The lack of multicultural awareness and sensitivity is evident, and the front-line staff often appear indifferent or unmotivated, as though performing their duties merely out of obligation rather than as a commitment to exceptional service.
