2nd time I order an bagel with cream cheese add bacon an no bacon inside the bagel an I was charged twice for this again I was robbed by this place this is a disgrace tired of spending money an not getting what I ordered an all the can tell you is sorry, who ever owns this place needs to do better or they are as bad as there employees
i was here in drive through this morning around 8 and 9 am today i had 4 coffee order when i reached the window they asked me to park on the side and I had to wait 10 minutes for it but still did not get it. Then I had to go in the store to get my coffee. They forgot my order and I had to wait for another 5 minutes and got late for my job. What kind of management is this??
Seriously whats wrong the lady working there, she is so rude and talks in her phone while dealing with customers and acts like its her own shop. Such an irressponsible staff. Such a pathetic staff you guys have.
I’m genuinely concerned about what I witnessed at this Tim Hortons today. While waiting for my order, the manager started yelling at one of the staff members in a very harsh and unprofessional way,, loud enough that everyone in the store turned to look. It wasn’t a simple correction or reminder,, it was outright disrespect. The employee looked embarrassed and stressed, and the whole atmosphere became tense.
