I had a very unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons on July 26, 2025. The lady working there alone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even though she clearly saw that a customer (me) was waiting, she made no effort to acknowledge or assist me. When I politely asked again, she snapped back with an aggressive, “Can’t you see I’m working alone?” — which was completely unnecessary. The oreo iced cap they make just taste like the regular iced capp,I have been having this for a long time and this one doesn’tseem like oreo,I have tried from multiple locations and this one is like regular iced capp.Anyone who actually are a big fan of these do try from location at eastern and leslie

i visit this tim hortons regularly. the staff here are very good and fast. there is one turban man working there his name is maneet pal singh. he is very fast and accurate. the serves with the best quality. his work should be appreciated. Even the manager of the store is very good.
