They always seem to get my order wrong, which is already frustrating. On top of that, one employee appears to care more about drive-through timing than providing proper customer service. During my last visit, when the card declined, she started arguing with my husband and said that we were taking too much time because they have drive-through time targets. It's Tim's, nothing fancy, pretty good
Tim Hortons was opened in 1964 and can’t get proper customer service straight? Potato wedges were like tree bark! When I went return and complained to the staff at this location were still defending themselves! This was very bad customer service do not recommend!
