Disrespectful gave me the wrong order and the woman just shrugged her shoulders and the one who gave me my order wanted to argue with me will not be ordering from here again there’s many employees and they take forever to serve you the lady who took my order was distracted and kept walking away and coming back DO NOT GO HERE

I’ve had bad experiences at this location before, but today was the worst I waited 30 minutes for a coffee and a donut that I ordered online. The staff were arguing with each other in front of customers about who was supposed to make the drinks, one employee kept ignoring customers, and the cashier was incredibly rude when I asked about my order. Been here so many times but never thought would receive such a service with cold food. Despite of me addressing the issue, the response I received was “what do you want me to do about it, this is how I eat it too”. Extremely dissatisfied. Clearly the staff has changed and aren’t trained on how to serve or prepare food. Spent a good amount of money and ordered so many things but none of them were prepared properly and were served all cold!
The customer service at this Tim Hortons on Progress Campus needs significant improvement. I've experienced multiple issues with incorrect orders, and instead of a simple apology, staff often respond by arguing with customers. The tone of voice used when addressing customers is frequently unprofessional and comes across as dismissive.
