I had one of the most disappointing and uncomfortable experiences at this Tim Hortons. The older lady working at the counter was not only rude but also showed clear racist behaviour, which made me feel unwelcome the moment I walked in. Customer service should be about respect and hospitality, but her attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable. The food quality was just as bad as the service. These guys don’t know how to deal politely with customers. Even they don’t wanna listen the problems of customers. I ordered my coffee including bagel, after half hour someone told me that they don’t have specific bagel which i ordered. That person also informed me after several appeals of me . One old lady don’t wanna listen to the matter which made me so uncomfortable. So, i just wanna recommend to manager please teach you staff members some communications methods.
