The staff here are very rude and ignorant, they lack customer service knowledge and try arguing instead of finding a proper solution. Moreover, they discriminate against people who are not good at English. Stay away from here if you can!!
Ordering here was a nightmare. Stopped by this location before getting on the highway as it is located in close proximity to the 401 and my order was completely wrong! By the time I took my first sip, it was too late as I had already been on the highway for a good couple of minutes, or so. I had ordered a medium coffee with one milk (did not have writing on the lid) and when I took my first sip it was overwhelmingly sweet and creamy - likely a double double?
