The Americano is terribly watered down and it's disappointing noticeable in comparison to other locations in the GTA owned by franchise owners that do not dilute products for the sake of margin. If you are in this area and are looking for a cup of coffee...forgo it. Absolutely terrible.
I ordered a chicken bowl and the bowl came with barely any chicken.. i asked at front counter to please check it and this girl said i must have ate it all??? The bowl was full with rice and even this other girl she seemed a manager she said i saw the guy took his good just seconds ago and she went quiet. Please check cameras i ordered around 6:02.
