At this Tim Hortons, I forgot to place my order at the microphone. When I drove up to the window, I apologized and said, “I’m so sorry, I forgot to order. May I please have a coffee?” However, the staff member started yelling at me, saying things like, “We were saying hello, and you didn’t order,” and more. The way they spoke actually scared me. Please hire individuals who can comprehend the orders and get them correct. I waited 20 minutes to get my order only to be told they forgot to punch in the second combo and I would have to wait 10 more minutes. In addition, I had asked for hashbrown with my breakfast combo, and then informed that there weren’t any more hashbrowns.
