Yesterday, we spent $30, and it was a very disappointing experience. She didn’t know how to make coffee, and the wrap was made very poorly. Overall, it was a bad experience. The person working at the drive-thru was very rude and had a bad attitude. Customer service was disappointing, and the overall experience was unpleasant.

Literally the worst service ever I asked for an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and I specified I wanted them to not blend the espresso instead just to pour it on top of the milk and ice as they used to before they changed how they used to make it. I visited this Tim Hortons on **July 10**, between **7:00 PM and 8:00 PM**, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The employee at the counter, **Shivangi**, was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. She seemed unfamiliar with how to take my order properly, which made the ordering process unnecessarily difficult.
