I ordered a **Medium Chocolate Pistachio Protein Iced Latte** online, but the restaurant did not have it available. I then requested a **Vanilla Protein Latte**, but I received a regular **Vanilla Iced Latte** instead. When I asked the teller for a refund, I was told that she could not process it. This was disappointing because I paid for a protein latte but received a different drink without the protein beverage. The order total was **$5.87**, and I would appreciate a refund or an appropriate resolution.
I took a small half double Double and french vanilla this morning with a plain croissant with egg and Hashbrown inside but only got hashbrown not the egg it was missing. I paid for egg too but didn’t got it. I have the picture of it too. Date August 18 2026 6:28am.
