Firstly. When your're reading your reviews, instead of apologizing just fix what is clearly a staffing issue that's been ongoing for over a year. The last two times I've tried to walk in and place an order on the weekend - only to stand in line for 15 minutes (not make it to the counter) and leave while there's easily 15-20 cars lined up in the drive through. I also watched 2 others today do the same. Its not rocket science to review your sales history and determine trends of when your peak hours are. Take that data, and the... read more
