I don't think I've ever gone here without them getting an order wrong.
My wife visited the newly renovated Tims in Fall River recently, meeting and chatting with the new owner and was pleasantly surprised with the changes. The store looked great, and the customer experience was significantly better than it had been in the past. We're looking forward to the new owner's store direction and visiting more often

It's tim hortons. 10 years of declining service with no turn around in sight. Only place open at 5am or else i'd go elsewhere
While the staff I encountered were nice, the service was 🐌 paced. I went yesterday and ordered a breakfast wrap combo, took a little bit but I thought it was because the man in front of me ordered like 8 coffees. Today, before I left my house, I placed an order for a cold brew, and a dozen donuts. I arrived at 8:52 (pick was 8:49) and the only thing ready was my cold brew.
