Last night, I had a really disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. The night staff, especially one lady, was very rude and unprofessional. She didn't seem to be listening to my order properly and had a lot of attitude throughout the interaction. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, but that wasn't the case. It made my visit very unpleasant. Definitely one of the worst experiences I've had at this location.
DEAR MANAGER U BETTER KNOW HOW TO SPEAK WITH A CLIENT!!! the minute that I entered she was so rude to me , and When I told u I want chicken wrap sandwich and u gave me chicken burger and then u also continued being rude that’s your problem that u cannot hear well to customers , I’ve never saw some rude than her
Great experience at Tim Hortons! The staff were friendly and welcoming, my order was prepared quickly, and everything tasted fresh. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. It’s always a reliable place to grab coffee and a quick meal. Highly recommended!
