Absolutely the worst experience at this location. Unfortunately, this is the closest Tim Hortons to me however, I will now drive out of my way and never come here again! I asked for a plain croissant, not toasted heated or grilled with lettuce tomatoes cheddar cheese. Pretty simple I would assume. While slicing a croissant, the staff member squishes the entire croissant. I asked her to get me a new one. Which she did. She proceeds to make my sandwich and then heat it up. Nice customer service; quick service. Nice store always . This location teams know me very well,make my coffee always right. Good customer service; the lady the name is Dharsini always friendly customer service. This store is very clean than other store. Like always.
