Awful, even by Tim Hortons standards. They constantly get orders wrong, don't listen and then brush you off when you try to explain what is incorrect.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Sheethal! She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive. Her warm attitude and genuine smile made my visit so much better. My order was prepared perfectly, and she handled everything with great professionalism. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who truly cares about providing excellent service. I had an excellent experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Sheethal’s outstanding service. She was friendly, polite, and very attentive throughout my visit.
