My coffee was cold and the icecaps the worse one , not nice
This Tim Hortons location is one of the best! The staff are always super friendly, quick, and make you feel welcome every time. For some reason, the coffee here just tastes better than anywhere else — always fresh and perfectly brewed. It's my go-to spot for a great start to the day!
This place used to be good for picking up lunch & coffee. The steak & cheddar sandwich I ordered few days ago were very disappointing, they gave me two pieces of scrap tomatoes as big as the size of a twoony and the meat is about 30% less. The sandwich is overall much lighter than other Tim's. You should not charge me 100% price if you are NOT delivering 100% of the sandwich. Tim's quality keeps going down hill and down.... Ridiculous!!
I have been here many times, but the service this time is very bad treating customer (me) with attitude and arrogance is disrespectful. The service is done to me by an old lady who looks much older than everyone who is working here today. She should treat the customer with their request. I ordered a crispy chicken wrap and a oreo iced cap, where there is two options in it saying as mocha or vanilla.
