This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Tim Hortons. The girl at the counter was unbelievably rude, with absolutely no sense of how to speak to customers or behave with basic decency. People like this should never be working in customer service. I ordered two drinks from her — a large double-double and the same one in medium — and asked to add a little ice to the medium. Staff was very friendly with me and provide quick and excellent customer service.
No one was available to take my order, had to wait and felt ignored. Really disappointed.
