On July 5 2026, 2:47 pm I walked in with my husband and my 2 sons,one in stroller,ordered 2 drink and 10 timbits,the lady who gave me the timbits didn't close the box properly,and fall down from 3 years old son,he cried a lot,asked the girl if she can replace 5 of them,she was super super rude,she shouted and told me I need to pay,but the other girl gave me a new box. I want to share my experience at this Tim Hortons. The cashier who assisted me was friendly and polite, and I appreciate the good customer service she provided. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by the employee preparing my Farmer’s Wrap. I politely asked how long my order would take, but she responded in a rude and unprofessional manner.
