HORRIBLE customer service. A requirement for taking orders should be that you understand and speak English. Yelling at the customer because the employee messed up the order is unacceptable
best tims customer service I have received in all of scarborough. Lajja and Basma always greets me with the warmest smile regardless how busy they are with customers. I never had to wait too long to order and the whole team is amazing
Poor food quality. I don’t know when Tim Hortons start putting 10 jalapeños slices in a row in habanero bowl. Are they trying to make their own standards
Very bad experience at Tim Hortons. They made our coffee wrong and refused to replace it. The drive-thru staff selva Priya was rude and disrespectful. Unacceptable service.
The girl named Selva priya at window was very rude . Don’t know about customer service how to talk with customers. She need to learn the tim hortons rule and how to serve the customers . Had very bad experience with her .
