This Tim Horton , say less rude. Steep tea is literally milk with water
April 20, 3:30pm. This is a depressing experience I went through after the girl in the counter refused to provide me a disposable plate. She insisted to put the Ryan's donut in a take out bag despite explaining to her that I want to enjoy eating in their dining section, as well as asking for a disposable fork & knife. She continously insist to put in a take out bag! The end result, I ended up not having Ryan's donut but a medium double double coffee.🤢🥶😡 Very disgusting and poor service by that lady!
They deserve 5 stars, all staff is amazing, always smiling, welcoming., ladies at place doing amazing job, forgot the name of all, suggested best drinks and bites all the time. Well done guys . Lots of love to all
I visited this location today and had a pretty disappointing experience. I ordered a large coffee, and the assistant manager used a cup that was visibly ripped. Instead of replacing it like you’d expect, he just double cupped it to cover the issue. Another employee even told him he should redo it properly, but he ignored them and continued anyway.
