The quality of beverages has severely declined. I got a protein latte recently and they made it with heavy cream as opposed to protein milk, they refused to re make it and argued with me that my stark white and very thick beverage was milk vs cream.

Today i went to tims today i genuinely enjoy this tims lovely staff, but something i wanted to bring attention to is unfortunately there was a lady in the front entrance and she was on a substance and was struggling to keep on her feet. I know in north bay that is an unfortunate site people see. But with that i think you need to train your staff on what to do in those situations cause clearly they were uncomfortable and not sure what to do i don't blame them in the slightest for it. This place is very unsanitary, so many flies around the food in the displays, so much dirt and dust on machines. I've even witnessed some staff members use their phones while making food and not change their gloves or wash their hands. Even some staff members are very rude, especially the managers. Never returning again! It's ridiculous for the wait times, most times I wait in line while one person is serving inside and I see other members either stand around and not help or just avoid helping.
