Had roll up winning tabs for coffee. Checked the rules and regulations and indeed you can redeem for any hot beverage with modifications (as I do with the app with no issue). Ordered 2 lattes, they refused the tabs saying the owner said no to redemptions other than coffee. So both drinks went in the garbage instead and I kept my tabs and went to a properly managed Tim Hortons. Embarrassing experience!
Employee didn't bother checking my order, charged me for someone else's. Couldn't understand enough English when I tried to tell him it wasn't mine after continuing to try and give me the wrong order. Consistent issues in the morning here. Tired of spending what little time I have before work waiting for half heated food or burnt coffee.

My mornings at this tim Hortons used to be joyful and happy I don't know where the blonde with glasses went. She seemed to be happy to have a job. She cared and she always made my morning ! Bobby is the best donut and dessert maker 🤤 The manager danielle in the drive thru has absolutely no care in the world for you or anyone else. She's rude and has no customer service skills.
