I was third in line, there was ONE app order as well. Only one person ordered a meal. It took 17 minutes to get a cup of tea for my parent. One person on the counter, one in the kitchen who only came to the front 2x in those 17 minutes.
Lemonade warm and tastes watered down. Had to ask for a straw. 😔
Never enough staff. Always a long wait even for pre-made food. Extremely long wait. Staff here can end up waiting 15 mins for 1 black coffee or even just to pay when standing at the till. A 20 min wait for a single donut that theu can see in the display.
The Tims at the North Bay hospital was horried July 8th 2026 at around 10:30am The employees were crouchy with each other. The one taking order was grouchy with costumers and giving them dirty looks. Not a pleasant atmosphere.
