Ordered a large hot beverage and when I went to the window, I was asked to pull out into the parking lot. At many stores, this only takes 20-30 seconds to make. I was told it was due to "the timers" and I have to wait in the parking lot. No other customers in line and no one in the store. Almost 5 minutes later someone walked out to my car with my drink.
