Terrible service, they are only working on the drive true, they don't serve customers inside the store, the food and drinks taste bad, it's different in another Tims Hortons, they have been working for months with bad service, someone has to stop this. By the way the guy from India makes horribles coffees.
We just take our order and again its the wrong one. on sunday 14 September, the lady who is working there on night shift is very disappointing we order steep tea but she gave us coffee. This is not the first time it happens, every time we visited this location They always gave us wrong order. Staff need to retrain for accuracy. Very bad customer service.
Great spot for fresh coffees. Staff is very friendly and fast service.
