Iced coffee is bitter every single time. I dont know if their cane syrup dispenser is broken, forgotten, or if 90% of employees just decided bitter is better and sweetener isnt needed. There is one guy on nightshift that will make a proper iced coffee. Any other time we've gone its been served without any sweetener. Consistently.
