Attention to in-store experience is lacking: waited for about 3 minutes to be served, despite there being no one else in line. Easy order with tea and a bagel for my daughter, which was only made with the cheese we paid for because I reminded her from over the counter. Additionally, not cut in half. And lastly it was handed to a gentleman working who forgot to hand it to me until he was reminded 🫣 I do recommend they encourage English speaking in front of customers. How are we to know we're not being spoken about?
Don't come here first thing in the morning. They must not rinse the cleaner out of their coffee machines very well because we've tried getting coffee at this location several mornings in a row and it always tastes like chemicals. I am also convinced none of their employees have been trained on putting flavor shots to size because even when you ask for extra you can barely taste it.
Even though this Tim’s is usually pretty busy, the staff are always working hard and incredibly kind. Always have perfect service here.
