I had a great experience at Tim Hortons! Aman and Gagan provided excellent customer service and were very friendly, polite, and helpful. They made my visit enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Aman and Gagan are great, excellent service
Attention to in-store experience is lacking: waited for about 3 minutes to be served, despite there being no one else in line. Easy order with tea and a bagel for my daughter, which was only made with the cheese we paid for because I reminded her from over the counter. Additionally, not cut in half. And lastly it was handed to a gentleman working who forgot to hand it to me until he was reminded 🫣 I do recommend they encourage English speaking in front of customers. How are we to know we're not being spoken about?
