A manager was screaming at the cashier over a washcloth or some other nonsense while I was there at lunch. What kind of power tripping weirdo treats their employees that way? I've got 8 years of experience managing in the tech sector, I've had kids fresh out of highschool have REAL screw ups and break expensive customer computers/phones due to a slip of the hand while working. 3 times in a row i’ve been there they get my coffee order wrong. you need to fix your drive through microphone or something
I visited your location at Aaron’s 4pm on Sept. 10th, 2026, the male serve we had was anything but attentive. He had to be told or order multiple times what our order was, the drinks were not made properly and we had to have them remade. When taking our order he wads not paying attention to me at all. He gave me the feeling he would rather be anywhere but there. The young lady that remade the iced coffees was very apologetic and the second coffees were perfect.
I go to this location 3 or 4 times a day. All the workers are very friendly. Whenever I bring my daughter they always talk to her and help her pick a treat. Even during a busy day they are efficient and always try and get it right. I just went through the drive through just before close and Gagan I believe was her name made me a fresh pot of tea when they could have easily given me what's left over especially so close to closing time.
