Spent 20 mins in the drive thru just waiting to be served. Extremely slow service. Had 1 driver in the window causing a long line by 4.45am. Waste of time
Waited 35 mins stuck in drive thru made me late to work terrible service go anywhere else
got a matcha with vanilla cold foam, and unfortunately the cold foam had noticeable clumps and looked like it had separated. It didn’t look fresh or appetizing at all, especially for a drink I had just purchased. I expected better quality and freshness. Very disappointing experience.
