I don’t usually leave negative reviews but today’s experience at Tim Hortons was very disappointing. I waited about 10 minutes in the drive-through, and when I finally reached the window, I was told my order wasn’t ready yet. I then waited another 5 minutes at the window without any update or assistance from the staff. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, with only one car ahead of me, so the delay was difficult to understand. Better communication and customer service would make a big difference.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my son because of how frustrating his experience was at this Tim Hortons location. He waited about 10 minutes in the drive-through, and when he finally reached the window, he was told that his order still wasn’t ready. He then sat at the window for another 5 minutes without anyone helping him or giving him an update. Terrible service at Tim Hortons today. I spent about 10 minutes waiting in the drive-through, only to be told at the window that my order still wasn’t ready. Then I waited another 5 minutes at the window with no update and no one coming over to help. What makes it worse is that the place wasn’t even busy — there was only one car ahead of me. A simple update or apology would have gone a long way. Definitely one of the most frustrating drive-through experiences I’ve had.

I then sat at the window for another 5 minutes without anyone helping or updating me The most frustrating part was that the restaurant wasn’t busy at all — there was only one car in front of me. Waiting this long with no communication or explanation is unacceptable. Customer service and efficiency definitely need improvement.
