Ordered a steep tea with 3milk 3 sugar They couldn't get it right anf out cream instead of milk
Nice coffee shop with enough tables to accommodate. The staff was courteous, professional with smiling face. The food was good but quantity of the bowl ordered was very less for the price payed.
Evening staff girls are ignorant, disrespectful, liars, and have no customer service knowledge. Also, they said they don't have supervisors on duty at 5 p.m. to address any customer issues. The girl today served me lied to my face that she is not a supervisor, but apparently she has a manager code. Moreover, they didn't have ice coffee at 5 p.m. This location is totally a joke. Worst service possible. We placed our order through the app and waited over 15 minutes, only to be told—after we asked—that they don’t even start preparing mobile orders until you come inside and tell them at the counter. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. After they finally made our food, they repeatedly called the wrong name for pickup.
