Went there Saturday morning 8:30am of July 19 to order breakfast from the drive thru. While im ordering from the speaker she also talking so much about my orders so we both can’t understand the right orders because she wont let me finished my orders before she speaks as she talks so much for no reasons then as i proceed from the drive thru window I politely told the lady/indian girl “next time pls let the customers finished talking before you speak to avoid the conflict or wrong orders” then she really got mad at me yelling ... read more
I’m really disappointed with the experience I had. The staff was not only rude but also spoke to me in a language I didn’t understand. While I respect everyone’s background and culture, I believe that in a customer-facing role, it’s important to communicate in a language that all customers can understand—especially in a diverse, public setting. Tim travels time I guess, I asked to heat 40 seconds and they heated 40 seconds in 20 seconds
Great Tim’s, drive thru is fast. Employees are polite and my orders are never messed up! They make the best Vanilla Ice coffee out of all the Barrie Tim Hortons! Bakery goods are always fresh!
