i’ve had bad experiences here the past few times…there is always long wait times even when there are minimal customers and even when mobile ordering. i waited 20 minutes after placing my mobile order just to not even received my order in full because they ran out of scrambled eggs… and took 10 mins to even tell me that, i was then given a refund. Well ordering a dozen of donuts they took the time to get all crap of donuts the apple fritter was dry and hard like it was day old donuts all chocolate was supposed to be assorted, but it was all the same chocolate crap so don’t go there for your dozen donuts and they don’t sell Tim bit there either anymore the 50 pack what’s a week ago they did anywhere else they do like wow not going there again coffee sucks get better workers

I.was not happy having to wait over 5 min to get an ice capp & a muffin when there were only 2 people ahead of me and 6 people behind the counter Normally I wouldn't care but I had just come from having a cortisone shot in my back because I was in pain and had to stand in line over 5 min. Once I got served he was very courteous and fast but I couldn't understand what the other 5 people were doing .
