There were a lot of flies in the establishment and they are very annoying, not to mention that they are a major health problem.
I want to highlight how exceptional Theresa is at this Tim’s. Every night when I stop by for my tea, she makes the experience worth it. Her friendliness, consistency, and genuine care stand out every single time. She greets me with a smile, and makes me feel valued as a customer. Honestly, I go here every night because of the way she treats people. Tim Hortons is lucky to have her!
Service was horrible. Ended up getting the wrong order because the cashier did not understand what I was saying (I ordered inside). There was a nice lady who tried to help but left because they were busy with drive thru.
